Position Summary:
Builder Bros Construction is looking for a skilled and dependable Roofing Foreman to lead our roofing crews on residential and light commercial projects. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in all types of roofing systems and the ability to manage job sites, crews, and schedules to ensure quality and safety standards are met. We’re seeking a leader who takes pride in their work and can represent Builder Bros professionally on every job.
Key Responsibilities:
· Supervise and lead roofing crews on-site to complete projects efficiently and to high-quality standards
· Oversee installation of various roofing systems (shingle, metal, TPO, etc.)
· Ensure all safety protocols are followed, and job sites are OSHA compliant
· Coordinate with project managers, suppliers, and inspectors to maintain workflow
· Conduct daily site inspections and maintain detailed job documentation
· Identify and solve on-site issues to minimize downtime and delays
· Train and mentor crew members to build skills and improve job performance
· Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Qualifications & Skills:
· Minimum 5 years of roofing experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership/foreman role
· Strong knowledge of various roofing systems and materials
· Ability to read blueprints, scopes of work, and project plans
· Excellent communication and crew management skill.
· Valid driver’s license with clean driving record (company vehicle may be provided)
· Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus but not required

Pay: $28.08 - $29.83 per hour
