System Specialist

We are looking for a Servicing Systems Specialist to join our team in our Puyallup, WA office! The Servicing Systems Specialist will assist in the development, integration, and optimization of systems and processes crucial to loan servicing operations, with a specific focus on supporting modifications and amendments, capital partner approvals and reporting requests, and internal approval workflows.

What You’ll

• ws.Support system updates and improvements as a Servicing team representative, ensuring minimal disruptions during upgrad
• es.Help manage workflows for loan modifications, amendments, and restructures, ensuring timely and accurate processi
• ng.Collaborate with internal teams to document changes, update systems, and maintain data accura
• cy.Monitor and help ensure compliance with company policies for all modifications and amendmen
• ts.Assist in drafting detailed write-ups for capital partner reviews, including proposed loan modifications and amendmen
• ts.Assist in supporting the approval processes with capital partners, ensuring clear communication and timely decision-maki
• ng.Maintain organized records of capital partner approvals and ensure changes are accurately integrated into servicing syste
• ms.Identify opportunities within servicing workflows for automation, efficiency, and accura
• cy.Assist in the development, documentation, and enforcement of standard operating procedures (SOPs) within the servicing tea
• ms.Assist in creating training materials for staff on new systems, tools, and workflo
• ws.Serve as a subject matter expert and additional contact for troubleshooting servicing system issu
