As an Inside Sales Representative I, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Providing sales and customer service activities to retail customers
- Assisting with customer inquiries on product selection, pricing, availability, refunds/exchanges
- Providing material estimates and quotes for small packages
- Entering orders into the system and scheduling delivery of products
- Planning and pacing your work efficiency to meet daily, weekly, project, or team-related productivity goals
- Participating in coordinating and conducting customer workshops
- Handling and resolving simple customer complaints
- Assisting with store housekeeping, signage, stocking, inventory control, and other related activities
