POSITION SUMMARY:
As a People Operations Intern, you will be an integral part of our People Operations team, supporting various aspects of the employee lifecycle and contributing to the overall success of our organization. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in compensation, benefits, talent acquisition, employee engagement, and organizational development.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Talent Acquisition Support:
- Post job openings and advertisements on relevant platforms.
- Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate communication with candidates.
- Maintain the applicant tracking system and ensure data accuracy.
Onboarding Assistance
- Prepare onboarding materials.
- Coordinate orientation schedules and training sessions.
- Assist new employees with completing onboarding paperwork and People Operations forms.
- Assist in employment verification and background screening
People Operations Administration:
- Organize and manage personnel files in compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Assist in drafting People Operations policies, procedures, and documentation as needed.
Employee Engagement Initiatives:
- Collaborate with the People Operations team to plan and organize employee engagement events.
- Assist in coordinating team-building activities and social events.
- Contribute to the implementation of employee recognition programs and wellness initiatives.
- Foster a positive company culture by promoting inclusion and diversity initiative
Qualifications
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
Education:
Pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree.
EXPERIENCE:

- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
