About the Role Will be responsible for scheduling service and installs and communicating with customers throughout the process Day to Day responsibilities  Coordinating/Scheduling Installs and Service with homeowners and contractors Communicating lead time, delays and order statuses Keeping a log of all service and installs Following up at the completion of service and installs and making sure the customer was satisfied with the work Skills Self-starter with detail-oriented personality Excellent verbal communication skills Ability to multi task and handle a fast-paced environment Knowledge of building materials helpful Benefits Employee Stock Ownership Plan let US invest in YOU!
