Position Summary
The Sales and Underwriting Administrative Assistant furthers the efforts of the Sales and Underwriting team by providing valuable administrative support to members of leadership within the division.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate and oversee travel arrangements for Sales and Underwriting leadership, ensuring seamless coordination and optimal efficiency.
- Provide dedicated administrative assistance to managers within the Sales and Underwriting department, contributing to the smooth operation of key functions.
- Compile and manage expense reports while meticulously tracking overall travel expenditures to maintain budgetary adherence.
- Offer administrative assistance to the division, aiding in various operational tasks.
- Procure and maintain marketing materials essential for sales managers and account managers, ensuring the necessary resources are available for success.
- Process departmental invoices and payments, maintaining financial integrity and accountability.
- Coordinate and execute events, meticulously arranging logistics to ensure successful outcomes.
- Generate weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports using established templates, providing valuable insights for strategic decision-making.
- Maintain promotional inventory to ensure availability and timely distribution of materials.
- Execute targeted campaigns, leveraging digital marketing tools to engage with clients and prospects.
- Produce and distribute agency surveys to gather feedback and insights for continual improvement.
- Provide administrative support for agency and producer licensing, ensuring compliance and regulatory requirements are met.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
