Building Block Resolutions (BBR) is a fast-growing ABA company dedicated to helping children, young adults, and families thrive. We specialize in 1:1 ABA therapy for children diagnosed with Autism in home and school settings, using evidence-based practices to create meaningful progress.

What You’ll Do:

✔ Work 1:1 with children to help develop life and communication skills
✔ Implement customized treatment plans designed by expert BCBAs
✔ Track progress and behaviors to ensure positive outcomes
✔ Collaborate with families and team members to provide the best support
✔ Be a positive role model and make a lasting impact

What We Need From You:

✔ Active RBT Certification (Required)
✔ Passion for working with children and making a difference
✔ Strong communication & teamwork skills
✔ Reliable transportation & a valid driver’s license
✔ Ability to work afternoons, evenings, or weekends (flexible shifts available)
