Building Block Resolutions (BBR) is a fast-growing ABA company dedicated to helping children, young adults, and families thrive. We specialize in 1:1 ABA therapy for children diagnosed with Autism in home and school settings, using evidence-based practices to create meaningful progress.

What Youll Do:
Work 1:1 with children to help develop life and communication skills
Implement customized treatment plans designed by expert BCBAs
Track progress and behaviors to ensure positive outcomes
Collaborate with families and team members to provide the best support
Be a positive role model and make a lasting impact
What We Need From You:
Active RBT Certification (Required)
Passion for working with children and making a difference
Strong communication & teamwork skills
Reliable transportation & a valid drivers license
Ability to work afternoons, evenings, or weekends (flexible shifts available)
