## Overview
Building Blocks provides Early Intervention Services for infants and toddlers from 0-3 years old who have a developmental delay. Providing essential services to support their growth and development. This position requires a deep understanding of child development, strong communication skills, and a commitment supporting young children and their families.
## Duties
- Assessment and evaluations;
Conduct developmental screenings for infants and toddlers evaluating the areas of the Developmental Domains.
-Intervention Planning
Provide direct service in various setting such as in-home or day care centers.
-Documentation and Reporting
Maintain detailed records of assessments and daily documentation.
## Qualifications
-Associate's Degree or 60 College Units in Early Childhood Education or related field
-Speak English. Spanish_ *Highly Preferred_
-Valid CA driver’s license in good standing and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance ( Able to drive all of Kern County; Bakersfield, Northern Kern(Wasco, Delano, Shafter) Southern Kern (Arvin, Lamont, Taft, Buttonwillow) Eastern Kern(Tehachapi, Cal City, Rosamond) etc.
-Great communication skills and able to deal with people in various home setting.

Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour
