As a marketing associate, you will collaborate with our internal marketing and sales team to execute at all stages of our omni-channel marketing campaigns. Your insightful contribution will help develop, expand, and maintain our marketing channels. Your work will be focused on general marketing activities and require hands-on planning, execution, and measurement of various B2B marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities
- Own the creation of Marketing assets for Branch training activities – including flyers, landing pages, registration forms, website promotion, email promotion, and LinkedIn event creation
- Assist in general marketing and advertising promotional activities (e.g. social media, email campaigns, print collateral, creative)
- Manage and execute social media calendar to grow followers and post engagement
- Implement and manage high performing email campaigns in HubSpot, measuring and optimizing email performance on an ongoing basis
- Contribute to the execution of local, regional, and industry events
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Highly proficient in HubSpot Marketing Hub Professional (certification preferred)
- Proven success planning, executing, and measuring the success of local and industry events
- Proficiency with Google Analytics
- Highly proficient in Canva or Microsoft Creative Cloud (Adobe Illustrator or InDesign)
- Familiarity with Monday.com is a plus
- The ability to manage multiple projects and tasks concurrently
