Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Maintenance Engineering Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a background in maintenance and reliability within an industrial manufacturing facility. You'll oversee a team of 5 direct reports and have full ownership of maintenance and reliability throughout the plant.
Responsibilities
- Develop and optimize reliability program evaluating and extending mean time between outages
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement tooling and fixtures that support production needs.
Skills
- Proficiency in industrial equipment operation and maintenance.
- Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing principles to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Root cause analysis
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $110,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
