Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the local office of Container Services, ensuring compliance with contractual requirements.
- Assess staffing needs and provide recommendations to management.
- Develop and maintain good customer relationships through effective communication and problem-solving.
- Supervise service technicians/drivers and administrative staff, ensuring seamless service delivery.
- Effectively handle personnel issues and ensure a positive work environment.
- Supervise the completion of service orders and ensure timely delivery.
- Oversee Safety and Customer Service initiatives, ensuring the highest standards are met.
Requirements:
- Minimum Associate's Degree; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 5 years of customer service experience, preferably in the Waste or Plastics Industries.
- 2 years of management experience.
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret company documents and correspondence.
- Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community.
- Ability to effectively present information to top management and/or public groups.
