Operations Team Lead

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the local office of Container Services, ensuring compliance with contractual requirements.
• Assess staffing needs and provide recommendations to management.
• Develop and maintain good customer relationships through effective communication and problem-solving.
• Supervise service technicians/drivers and administrative staff, ensuring seamless service delivery.
• Effectively handle personnel issues and ensure a positive work environment.
• Supervise the completion of service orders and ensure timely delivery.
• Oversee Safety and Customer Service initiatives, ensuring the highest standards are met.

Requirements:

• Minimum Associate's Degree; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 5 years of customer service experience, preferably in the Waste or Plastics Industries.
• 2 years of management experience.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret company documents and correspondence.
• Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community.
• Ability to effectively present information to top management and/or public groups.
