Painting Associate - $20-$25 an hour, depending on experience
BPI is looking for a Painting Associate to join our team. This position assists in the Millwork facility and oversees the activities of the painting department
The ideal candidate has experience working in an environment that can be cold and hot during different seasons. This person will need to be able to work safely and quickly, standing for long periods while managing orders and truck routes.This person will need to be a team player and can lead by example.

Duties & Responsibilities:
- The person in this position will paint and stain doors, trim and other miscellaneous millwork using an air gun or flat line system.
- Use of scanners is a requirement to receive and stage material per order.
- You will be expected to lift and move doors and materials. Being able to lift 50-75 pounds is a requirement for this position.
- You will also be moving product from racking and pallets that require full use of arms and shoulders as well as bending at the waist and knees when necessary.
- Previous experience using painting equipment preferred but not required.
- Must successfully complete pre-employment testing.
