Sales Associate- Residential Painting and Coating Services
Department: Sales
Salary Range: $55,000 - $160,000 /year
(dependent on sales performance and performance-based incentive programs)
Job Summary
The Sales Associate is responsible for cultivating sales from new and existing customers. This role has an ever-changing schedule that includes appointments, set up calls and administration of jobs while maintaining an excellent standard of customer service. The Sales associate also takes on a great deal of responsibility in generating leads via networking and other business development strategies.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Conduct 13-18 estimate appointments each week
- Educate customers on products and services
- Build strong customer relationships and help expand the company network
- Understand and support customer needs
- Work fluctuating shifts (some evening and weekend availability is required)
- Keep records and document detailed notes about projects and customers
- Regular follow up with customers and in house teams
- Other duties as assigned

Requirements
Must have prior in-home residential sales experience
A valid driver’s license is required
A plus if you have experience in:

- CRM software
