Hardscaping Team Lead

Our amazing employer partner is seeking an experienced and dedicated individual to oversee our hardscaping and landscape construction projects, ensuring high quality craftsmanship and efficient team management. Pay is based on experience and incentives are available.

The ideal candidate will have a strong verifiable background in hardscape and landscape installations best practices along with the following:

Accurate use of a transit for elevation readings
Proper hardscaping installation practices (ICPI Certified is a plus)
Ability to interpret design layouts and material takeoffs.
Knowledge of hardscape materials and products
Project planning, scheduling deliveries etc.
Supervising crew
Maintaining safety standards
Great communication skills
Ability to train and mentor employees
Experience with excavator and skid steer
Experience with concrete cut off saw
Experience pulling loaded trailers
Mechanical background a plus
Strong problem solving skills

Candidates will have 3-5 years verifiable experience and hold a valid drivers license in addition to having the ability to interact with clients at a high level of professionalism.
