Our growing construction firm is seeking a Commercial Construction Estimator to join our team and play a critical role in our estimating process. This is a full-time, in-office position , ideal for someone who values teamwork, professional excellence, and precision in estimating.

The Role : What You’ll Do
Create precise and thorough cost estimates based 100% on architectural specifications and drawings —no site visits required.
Work extensively with Revit files, AutoCAD, and shop drawings , our primary tools for estimating.
Collaborate closely with our hands-on VPs , project managers, and coordinators to ensure all estimates align with project expectations and company standards.
Prioritize accuracy, patience, and attention to detail —rushing is not an option.
Engage in proactive communication with internal teams and General Contractors (GCs), maintaining clarity and transparency throughout the estimating process.
Embrace a high-energy, team-first environment , where willingness to support others and proactively seek opportunities to assist is essential.

A highly detail-oriented professional who enjoys diving deep into specifications and architectural drawings.
Patient and meticulous , able to manage large amounts of information without rushing or cutting corners.
A strong communicator who prefers in-person and phone discussions over excessive emails or texts.
Technically proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, and shop drawings.
