ESTIMATOR
Parkway Construction & Architecture, located in Lewisville, Texas, a leader in the commercial construction industry, has an opening for a unique individual with experience as an estimator. The ideal candidate must be able to consult with clients and vendors to discuss and formulate estimates and resolve issues. Ability to analyze blueprint specifications, materials take off, proposals and other documents to prepare time, cost and labor estimates for projects or services. Projects for Parkway include new construction Ground Up, Tenant Improvements and Remodels.
Knowledge of construction materials and methods used in the restaurant /retail / theater industry is a plus.
The qualified candidate must have 2- 5 years of estimating experience.
Proficient in computer applications, such as Word, Excel, iSqft, OST, and/or Planswift is required.
Good communication and problem-solving skills.
Construction related degree is a plus.
