We are seeking a skilled and experienced Iron Worker to join our team in the field. As an Iron Worker, you will be responsible for assembling and erecting steel structures, reinforcing bars, and pre-cast concrete for various construction projects.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to :
- Reading and interpreting blueprints, plans, and specifications to determine layout and installation requirements
- Cutting, shaping, and fitting steel beams, columns, and other structural elements
- Welding, bolting, or riveting components together to form complete structures
- Installing and reinforcing rebar in concrete structures
- Operating hand and power tools safely and efficiently
- Working at heights and in various weather conditions
- Following all safety procedures and regulations on site
