Our paid digital subscribers include major architecture firms such as SOM, HOK, and JLL and Ivy-tier universities including Harvard, Stanford and Yale.
We are looking for a flexible, organized, and optimistic team player to join our ambitious organization as Managing Editor of BuildingGreen.com. The Managing Editor will have the complete support of our internal team as well as a dedicated budget for recruitment and engagement of Guest and Freelance Writers.
Responsibilities
- Maintain Editorial Schedule and Content Calendar
- Coordinate with Lead Writer for Green Building Industry Spotlights and Position Papers
- Identify, Recruit, and Coordinate the Work of Guest Writers for Periodic Op Eds and Technical Papers
- Coordinate with Marketing to Develop Graphic Design Assets and to Distribute Editorial Content
- Manage the Continuing Education Credit Process, including Development of CEU Quizzes
- Direct the "Then / Now" Content Series, in Coordination with Past / Current Subscribers
- Participate in Weekly All Hands Company Wide Calls
- Lead Weekly and Monthly Editorial Coordination Calls
