We are seeking a CAPM Certified Associate Project Manager to join our team. This role is focused on driving project execution, managing timelines, and ensuring seamless coordination between ERP systems, showroom operations, and warehouse logistics. Key Responsibilities:
- Project Coordination:
- Manage and track multiple projects across operations, including ERP system enhancements, showroom upgrades, and warehouse process improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and task lists.
- ERP System Management :
- Work with internal and external stakeholders to optimize ERP functionality and ensure alignment with business processes.
- Identify gaps in system workflows and propose solutions to improve operational efficiency.
- Coordinate with ERP vendors and IT teams for system updates and troubleshooting.
- Showroom-Warehouse Integration:
- Enhance the coordination between showroom sales and warehouse logistics to improve customer satisfaction.
- Facilitate seamless communication and inventory tracking across departments.
- Stakeholder Communication:
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with stakeholders regarding project progress, risks, and milestones.
- Prepare status reports and present them to leadership and key stakeholders.
- Risk Management:
- Proactively identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Monitor and resolve issues that arise during project execution.
- Process Improvement:
- Analyze current workflows and recommend best practices to enhance efficiency.
- Support the implementation of Lean or Agile methodologies where applicable.
Qualifications:
- Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) certification is required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, or a related field preferred.
- 2 years of experience in project management, preferably in retail, logistics, or ERP systems.
- Familiarity with ERP systems, such as , ODOO , SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics.
- Proven ability to manage projects in a hybrid showroom-warehouse environment.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
- Proficiency in project management tools like Microsoft Project, Asana, or Trello.
- Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or Agile methodologies is a plus.
