This position is ideal for someone with excellent communication skills, a strong command of English, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities :
Conduct onboarding sessions with new clients via Zoom, providing a thorough walkthrough of the Buildofarm platform.
Clearly explain platform features, functionalities, and best practices to ensure clients understand how to maximize their experience.
Answer client questions during onboarding sessions and address any immediate concerns.
Serve as a point of contact for new clients, ensuring a seamless transition into using the platform.
Collect and document client feedback during onboarding to improve the onboarding process and user experience.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and any technical issues are addressed promptly.
Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor while working with clients across various industries.
Manage scheduling and follow-ups for onboarding sessions, ensuring timely and efficient client onboarding.
