As an Onboarding Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining new client relationships, onboard new client projects, ensuring proper documentation is collected, and overall client satisfaction. Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct initial contact with clients (new and existing) and maintain regular contact to keep projects moving at a steady pace.
- Draft and handle all paperwork and client inquiries during the initial phase of a new installation project (Onboarding).
- Efficiently communicate with adjacent DBS departments and management to best assist clients and keep projects on track.
- Ensuring all required documents are maintained properly for each project.
- Direct client to appropriate DBS department when necessary.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently.
- Maintain top-notch organization skills.
- Exceptional phone/email presence and etiquette.
- Ability to proactively manage pipelines and schedule in order to meet deadlines and client needs.
- Engauge with customers to build effective and long-term relationships.
Experience:
- Previous experience in customer service or account management roles is preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients
