Ideal Candidate Profile:
Qualifications:
● 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably within a corporate setting. This experience should have provided you with a deep understanding of supporting high-level executives in a fast-paced, professional environment.
● Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with utmost discretion, manage complex schedules, coordinate executive communications, and lead administrative projects to completion.
● Experience in the construction, building, or remodeling industry is an asset, but not mandatory. This background will help you better understand the unique challenges and opportunities our company faces.
● A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is preferred. Additional certifications relevant to executive administration or project management are highly regarded.
● Exceptional organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, project management software ([mention specific software used]), and digital communication tools. Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities are essential.
