Built Brands is expanding rapidly, and we're seeking a talented Marketing Projects Lead to drive marketing initiatives forward. This critical role involves owning the marketing project planning process, developing work back schedules, and acting as the main point of contact for project stakeholders.
The ideal candidate must be highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated, with the ability to easily transition between multiple tasks and solve problems efficiently.
This role reports directly to the Senior Director of Brand.
Main Responsibilities:
- Developing detailed work back schedules for campaign planning, execution, and delivery across marketing subgroups.
- Acting as the point of contact for all project stakeholders, ensuring clear communication, managing expectations, and addressing any issues that arise throughout the project lifecycle.
- Leading cross-functional meetings by preparing agendas, facilitating discussions, and providing detailed recaps with next steps.
- Owning retail packaging and artwork review process.
- Coordinating product development projects via stage gate.
Requirements:
- At least 3-5 years of marketing project management experience.
- Strong knowledge of marketing tools and software, including Microsoft Office and project management software.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
