What are the responsibilities and job description for the Regional Business Development Manager position at BUILT BY ME?
We are a growing business dedicated to teaching STEM to children ages 5-12. We offer enrichment and after-school programs to schools and recreation centers for on-site classes in robotics, coding, game design, electronics and engineering concepts. We are looking for a motivated person to promote our services to public and private elementary schools and recreational community centers. This is a part-time position with the expectation of approximately 10 hours/week paid hourly plus commission on registrations.
If you have a background in either education and/or technology and are interested in business development and in a self-paced job this is an exciting opportunity. This is also a good career development opportunity for post-graduate students in technology, computer science, or education to grow new skills in sales. You will work directly with management and ownership to develop the business.

Key responsibilities:
- Contact potential clients (public and private schools, summer camps institutions, township
- recreation departments, day-care schools) to introduce Built by Me and its offerings for
- after-school and STEM enrichment programs.
- Arrange and attend meetings with potential clients.
- Responsible for the customer relationship with the clients by nurturing the relationship and
- keeping the clients informed of new classes and content to promote continued engagement.
- Develop quotes and proposals for clients.
- Help management recruit and onboard local instructors.
- Help management scheduling and managing equipment and materials to be used in the classes.
