What are the responsibilities and job description for the Office Administrator position at Bul-Hed Environmental?
Bul-Hed Environmental’s office administrator position is a 40-hour work week: 8:30am to 4:30pm Monday through Friday. No weekends, no shift work. This is a full-time position.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Ensure smooth running of our company’s office and contribute to driving sustainable growth
· Coordinate office activities & operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
· Manage phone calls and correspondence (emails, letters, packages, etc.)
· Manage agendas / appointments for upper management
· Track stock of office & shop supplies and place orders when necessary
· Create and update records & databases with personnel, financial and other data
· Submit timely reports and prepare presentations / proposals as assigned
· Assist colleagues whenever necessary
· Attend safety meetings and scheduled training, where applicable
· Must wear required PPE: Safety helmet, safety glasses, earplugs (when necessary), company uniforms, gloves, steel-toed boots
· Help maintain a safe work environment
· Follow Bul-Hed’s Code of Conduct always
· Abide by Bul-Hed & MSHA standards
EDUCATION REQUIRED:
- No educational requirements
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant or relevant role
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
- Familiarity with office management procedures & basic accounting principles
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
- $15 - $21 per hour
- Pay varies based on experience
