Job Description

Bula Forge & Machine is a Cleveland-based manufacturing company seeking a productive, highly motivated, and energetic Tool & Die Designer Lead to join our team. Candidates must have an exceptional attitude, strong work ethic, and potential for advancement.

Responsibilities

Hands-on position
Design and make dies and fixtures for production
Schedule and oversee other Tool and Die designers / makers
Establish benchmarks and goals for the department
Ensure schedules are met
Monitor efficiency of the department

Qualifications

Proficient in CAD / CAM; Solidworks and Solidcam preferred

Experience in lead or supervisor role preferred

Experience with hands-on die making

Machining and CNC programming background

Blueprint reading

Ability to use standard inspection equipment

Experience in forging, casting, or stamping environment preferred
