Job Responsibilities :
As the first point of contact for all external callers and visitors to our operation- dispatch is to greet & assist external callers / visitors in a courteous & professional manner. You will be responsible for accurately tracking all materials & railcars coming into & departing the facility. The dispatcher maintains records for all daily incoming / outgoing loads with accuracy, operate the weigh station, scale-ticketing trucks (generating BOLs), verify drivers are leaving our facility at a safe and legal weight, and provide administrative support to the Supervisor.
