Bulk Transportation Company is seeking a highly skilled seasonal Trucking Operations Manager to oversee transportation logistics, equipment management, and workforce coordination in an agricultural supply chain setting. This role is ideal for an experienced leader with expertise in fleet operations and logistics support to maximize efficiency, safety, compliance, and profitability.
This position will be seasonal; the operation runs 24/7 for approximately 6 months. Full-time opportunities within the company are available for those wishing to stay on after the seasonal manager role concludes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule and manage trucks and loader crews on a 24-hour basis
- Coordinate with upper management and customers to ensure smooth operations
- Adjust logistics daily to meet customer demands and optimize efficiency
- Ensure all trucking activities comply with safety and environmental standards
- Work with maintenance teams to schedule service and repairs
- Oversee daily load sheets and load counts
Compensation and Benefits, if full time is chosen:
- Weekly Pay: $1,500 - $2,200 per week (based on experience and location)

Job Requirements:
- Valid CDL-A
- Must be 21 years-old
- Must live within 50 miles of a hiring area
