Key Responsibilities:
- Frontline Ambassador: Be the first smiling face our clients see when they walk through the door and the reassuring voice they hear on the phone.
- Client Care: Greet clients and their pets warmly, ensuring they feel welcome and cared for from the moment they arrive until they leave.
- Scheduling Superhero: Efficiently manage appointments, including scheduling, rescheduling, and reminders, to keep our day running smoothly.
- Communication Guru: Answer phone calls, emails, and messages in a timely manner with professionalism and empathy, providing clients with accurate information and assistance.
- Record Keeper Extraordinaire: Maintain and update client and patient records with precision and confidentiality.
- Problem Solver: Address and resolve client concerns and questions promptly and courteously.
- Team Player: Collaborate with veterinarians, technicians, and other team members to provide seamless, exceptional service.
- Product Specialist: Educate clients about our products and services, including preventative care, nutrition, and wellness plans.
Qualifications:
- Love for Animals: A genuine passion for pets and their well-being.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to communicate clearly and empathetically with clients and team members.
- Multitasking Pro: Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-Oriented: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using computers, scheduling software, and other technology. Avimark experience a bonus!
- Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in a veterinary customer service role is a plus/preferred.
- Positive Attitude: A friendly, upbeat personality and a can-do attitude.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work weekends as needed (rotating).
