Your duties include placing bids for fence-building jobs, submitting detailed labor and materials cost plans, and overseeing multiple projects at a time. You communicate with clients and subcontractors, ensure project completion per deadlines, lead a team of employees and contractors through each build, and follow company procedures for estimates. Your responsibilities also cover communicating with vendors, submitting requests for quotes and deliveries, organizing labor and work schedules, and using computer programs to provide accurate project estimates and outlines.

As a Project Estimator, you will be instrumental in assessing project costs and ensuring accurate budgeting for construction projects. Reporting to the Project Manager, your core skills in construction estimating, cost control, and pricing will be essential in delivering precise estimates. Your premium skills in Planswift or other take-off software, along with negotiation expertise, will enhance your effectiveness in securing favorable terms. Qualifications

• Proven experience in construction estimating and cost control
• Strong knowledge of construction processes and pricing strategies
• Proficiency in Take-off software such as Planswift.
• Excellent negotiation and customer service skills
• Familiarity with construction site operations and project management
• Understanding of contracts and construction management principles
