What are the responsibilities and job description for the Loan Specialist position at Bulldog Federal Credit Union?
We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented team player to provide critical administrative and operational support for our Loan Department. The Loan Support Specialist will provide post-loan duties including tracking the status of loans, generating reports and maintaining accurate records. The successful candidate will have professional and strong communication skills.
Your primary goal will be to exceed members' expectations through prompt and courteous service and ensuring all administrative tasks are carried out efficiently, effectively and in a way that supports the overall success of the Loan Department. Key knowledge areas and skills that contribute to your success are:
- be knowledgeable of the Credit Union's lending policy, procedures, and current rates of interest in order to provide information and repayment terms to inquiring members.
- respond to internal and external member-related inquiries promptly and efficiently.
- provide general information and assess member needs and assist them accordingly.
- process loan applications.
- basic knowledge of computers and common software application

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
