Triad Roofing Company is seeking an experienced Estimator/Project Manager to join their growing team!
Attention to detail, a positive attitude, and willingness to deal with uncomfortable situations are all important skills for this position.
Job Responsibilities:
- Thorough understanding of all types of commercial roof systems.
- Estimate projects from start to finish.
- In coordination with the team at Triad, develop and implement a program of work and strategy for making projects happen safely, successfully, and within budgeted materials and man hours.
- Plan ahead to prevent problems on site before they occur.
- Ensure all safety guidelines are being followed.
- Ensure the project schedule and timelines are being followed.
- Oversee and direct work of crew and other trades.
Job Requirements:
- Strong work ethic
- Valid Driver’s License and acceptable motor vehicle report
- Legally eligible to work in the United States
- The selected candidate will be required to pass a criminal history background check and will be subject to pre-employment and random drug testing.
- Commercial roofing experience required
