Graphic Designer & Marketing Assistant

Bulletproof Hitches is seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer & Marketing Assistant to join our dynamic team. As a Graphic Designer, you will play a crucial role in developing compelling visual content and supporting various marketing initiatives. In addition, you will be responsible for managing our social media platforms, planning trade shows, and assisting with the design and maintenance of our online stores on Amazon, eBay, and Walmart. Responsibilities:

Graphic Design:
Create visually appealing designs for digital and print media, including marketing collaterals, brochures, banners, logos, product packaging, and promotional materials.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts and design layouts that effectively communicate brand messaging and enhance the overall customer experience.
Ensure all design assets adhere to the company's brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual identity.

Social Media Management:
Manage and maintain Bulletproof Hitches' social media presence on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and YouTube.
Develop engaging and relevant content, including graphics, images, and videos, to increase brand awareness, drive user engagement, and generate leads.
Monitor social media trends, respond to customer inquiries and comments, and actively participate in online discussions to promote positive brand perception.

Trade Show Planning:
Coordinate and plan trade show events, including booth setup, logistics, promotional materials, and staffing requirements.
Design visually appealing and informative trade show displays, banners, signage, and marketing materials to attract and engage event attendees.
Assist in the organization of pre and post-event marketing activities, such as email campaigns, social media promotions, and lead generation strategies.

Online Store Assistance:
Collaborate with the marketing and e-commerce teams to create compelling visuals for product listings on Amazon, eBay, and Walmart.
Optimize product images and descriptions to improve online visibility, customer appeal, and conversion rates.
Continuously monitor and update product listings to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to platform guidelines.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar role.
• Proficient in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work within brand guidelines.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Knowledge of e-commerce platforms (Amazon, eBay, Walmart) is a plus.
• Prior experience in trade show planning and execution is desirable.
