We are a small, growing construction and lawn maintenance company seeking a reliable and safety-oriented individual to join our lawn maintenance crew. Our team services Forsyth County and the surrounding areas, providing regular weekly lawn care services to our valued clients.

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform routine lawn care and maintenance tasks such as mowing, edging, trimming, and blowing to maintain a neat appearance.
• Assist in building and maintaining gardens by planting flowers, shrubs, and trees.
• Operate and maintain lawn care equipment such as mowers, string trimmers, blowers, and other tools safely and efficiently.
• Assist in building and maintaining gardens by planting flowers, shrubs, and trees.
• Ensure high-quality service and customer satisfaction on every job.
• Follow company procedures and safety protocols while handling equipment and materials to maintain a safe work environment.
• Manage your time effectively to ensure timely completion of each job.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in lawn care and landscaping preferred, including proficiency with lawn care equipment.
• Safety-oriented with a strong understanding of safety practices in lawn maintenance.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, following schedules and deadlines.
• Mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot equipment issues is beneficial.
• Ability to drive a vehicle with a trailer attached and have a clean driving record.
• Pesticide license preferred but not required.
• Must show up consistently, be punctual, and maintain a positive attitude.
• Strong work ethic and commitment to quality service.

Pay: $16.00 - $24.00 per hour

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed
• Year round work
