Job Title: Digital Marketing Specialist
Location: Kaysville, Utah
Pay Range: $65k - $72k DOE

We proudly operate three showrooms in Kaysville, Ogden, and Logan. Additionally, we serve customers nationwide with aftermarket accessories and water maintenance supplies through our e-commerce website, ClearTub.com.
Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized, creative, and strategic Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing marketing initiatives for both our e-commerce website and dealership operations. You will manage HubSpot, oversee marketing automations, coordinate with our marketing agency, and develop content and campaigns that drive engagement, lead conversion, and sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Campaign Development:
- Create, monitor, and optimize marketing campaigns for our e-commerce website to increase conversions.
- Develop lead-capture, nurturing, and conversion campaigns for our dealership to grow and enhance the sales funnel.
- Create and execute campaigns targeting existing customers to promote maintenance appointments and upsell opportunities.
- CRM & Marketing Automations:
- Actively manage and improve CRM software to ensure data accuracy and platform optimization.
- Build and automate customer communications and business processes using tools such as Zapier, Google Sheets, and HubSpot.
- Assist in creating workflows and tools to help the sales team prioritize and manage leads effectively.
- Marketing Agency Collaboration:
- Coordinate with external agencies handling creative, SEO, PPC, and sales operations for both our dealership and e-commerce website.
- Provide strategic direction, feedback, and oversight to ensure agency efforts are aligned with company goals.
- Website Optimization:
- Use data-driven insights to continuously improve the presentation, user experience, and interface of both the dealership and e-commerce websites.
- Write inbound marketing content (e.g., blog posts, emails, landing pages) for both the e-commerce site and dealership.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure all content is on-brand and aligned with business objectives.
- Reporting:
- Generate and present monthly reports with key performance indicators for both the e-commerce website and dealership sales team.
- Analyze marketing data and use insights to recommend adjustments and improvements to marketing strategies.
Qualifications:
- Experience managing marketing tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Zapier, or similar platforms.
- Proven experience in developing and optimizing marketing campaigns.
- Experience in creating and managing sales funnels.
- Fundamental understanding of search engine optimization (SEO) and paid digital advertising (PPC).
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
Optional/Preferred Skills:
- Experience with content creation in photography, graphic design, or video production using Adobe Suite.
- Strong writing and editing skills with keen attention to detail.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $64,000.00 - $72,000.00 per year
