Job Summary

Steiner Digital Marketing is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to oversee day-to-day operations. This individual will play a key role in ensuring smooth business operations, including managing shipping logistics, providing excellent customer service, and supporting our social media efforts. Key Responsibilities

1. Office Operations & Logistics

  • Oversee shipping and inventory management for marketing materials and client orders.
  • Maintain organization and efficiency of office supplies and equipment.
  • Coordinate vendor relationships and resolve operational issues as needed.

2. Customer Service

  • Act as the first point of contact for client inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms.
  • Ensure prompt and professional resolution of customer concerns and questions.
  • Monitor and track customer feedback to improve service processes.

3. Social Media & Marketing Support

  • Assist in managing the company’s social media accounts, including scheduling posts and monitoring engagement.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to support content creation and strategy implementation.
  • Respond to customer comments and messages on social platforms in a timely manner.

4. Administrative Duties

  • Maintain and update company records, files, and databases.
  • Support the team with scheduling, meeting coordination, and general administrative tasks.
  • Monitor budgets and expenses related to office operations.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in office administration, operations, or a related role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic knowledge of social media platforms.
  • Experience with customer service and logistics preferred.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing is a plus but not required.
