What are the responsibilities and job description for the Office Administrator position at SLIGER?
Sliger is a small US based manufacturer of computer systems and cases with rapidly growing operations in Smithfield Utah.
We are seeking an individual to help us organize our orders, processes, paperwork, and more. This position is generally open ended as the requirements of projects and the size of the business changes.
This position has opportunity for advancement as the business is in the process of changing from utilizing Quickbooks to using a full MRP/ERP system in 2025, and we exclusively promote from within.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Working with production team to organize build documentation and respective paperwork.
- Working with fabrication teams to monitor work orders, work in process, and material/labor needs.
- Working with sales team to organize in-bound orders and help plan production, inventory, and fabrication work with respective department leads.
- Collection of shipped orders from Assembly/Shipping Dept including organizing and matching up all order information, tracking, and shipping costs. Organize all information and turn into Accounting Team.
- Work with Accounting Team to ensure customers’ orders are reconciled and invoiced.
- Upkeep of systems for accurate information.
- Organizing and updating Calendar and To-Do lists.
- Answering phone calls and directing to respective departments.
- Other tasks and duties as required.
MISC REQUIREMENTS
- Excellent attendance
- Windows proficient, internet savvy, good typing skills.
- Quickbooks experience a plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Be able to lift over 25lbs
- Good hygiene
WORKING ENVIRONMENT
- Position requires work in mixed office / warehouse environment, indoors 100% of the time.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
