Responsibilities
- Answering incoming calls from customers regarding service requests, scheduling appointments, and addressing general inquiries.
- Managing customer accounts, updating information, and resolving complaints.
- Oversee daily office operations, ensuring efficiency and organization.
- Manage front desk activities, including greeting visitors and handling phone systems.
- Communicating effectively with technicians, customers, and management regarding scheduling, service updates, and any issues
- Coordinate office management tasks, including supply inventory.
- Provide clerical support, including document preparation, filing, and data entry.
- Communicate with staff regarding administrative policies and procedures.
- Maintain an orderly office environment that promotes productivity.
- Handling insurance claims and warranty processing
Qualifications
- Proven experience in an administrative or office management role.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in using office software and phone systems.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Familiarity with HVAC processes is a plus.
