Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to manage our office operations effectively. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth administrative processes, supporting human resources functions, and maintaining a welcoming front desk environment. This position requires strong clerical skills and the ability to communicate effectively with team members and clients.

Responsibilities

  • Answering incoming calls from customers regarding service requests, scheduling appointments, and addressing general inquiries.
  • Managing customer accounts, updating information, and resolving complaints.
  • Oversee daily office operations, ensuring efficiency and organization.
  • Manage front desk activities, including greeting visitors and handling phone systems.
  • Communicating effectively with technicians, customers, and management regarding scheduling, service updates, and any issues
  • Coordinate office management tasks, including supply inventory.
  • Provide clerical support, including document preparation, filing, and data entry.
  • Communicate with staff regarding administrative policies and procedures.
  • Maintain an orderly office environment that promotes productivity.
  • Handling insurance claims and warranty processing

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in an administrative or office management role.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in using office software and phone systems.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Familiarity with HVAC processes is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong attention to detail.

Pay: $13.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
