In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring seamless communication and satisfaction throughout their ownership journey. What You'll Do
- Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat.

- Schedule crews for deliveries and coordinate technicians for service appointments to ensure timely support for customers.
- Resolve customer concerns efficiently, aiming for first-contact resolution whenever possible.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges with accuracy and efficiency.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, policies, and procedures to better assist customers.
- Work closely with internal teams, including delivery and service departments , to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Accurately document customer interactions and feedback in the CRM system .
