Summary

As a Receptionist at Bullhead City Insurance Center, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, playing a vital role in delivering outstanding customer service. Located in Fort Mohave, AZ, this position is essential for maintaining smooth office operations and fostering positive relationships with our clients.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist clients as they arrive at the office, ensuring a welcoming environment.
  • Manage incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate staff members efficiently.
  • Schedule appointments and maintain the office calendar to optimize workflow.
  • Perform clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.
  • Handle client inquiries and provide accurate information regarding insurance products.
  • Maintain organized records of client interactions and transactions.
  • Assist with proofreading documents to ensure accuracy before distribution.
  • Support office management tasks as needed, contributing to overall operational efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Requires some insurance experience.
  • Proven experience in customer support or receptionist roles, preferably in an insurance or professional services environment.
  • Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks effectively.
  • Excellent clerical skills with attention to detail for accurate record-keeping.
  • Familiarity with computer systems and office software for efficient task completion.
  • Organizational skills to maintain an orderly office environment.
  • Experience as a medical receptionist is a plus but not required.
  • Bilingual abilities are beneficial for effective communication with diverse clients.
  • Previous office management experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
