Role Description
The Seattle office of Bullivant Houser is seeking to hire a full-time associate attorney with one to five years of relevant experience to join our nationally-recognized litigation and insurance coverage team.
Our team of skilled coverage lawyers works collaboratively to counsel and defend clients in claim-related and regulatory matters. This position will have the opportunity to handle significant responsibility in all phases of litigation including legal research, motion practice, discovery, and case management, as well as appearing and presenting arguments at hearings, depositions, arbitrations, and trials. The work may also involve non-litigated insurance coverage work, including research, writing opinion letters, and advising insurers on their obligations with respect to claims handling and coverage issues.

Base salary range is $126,000-$158,000, depending on qualifications and experience.
