Bullpen, on behalf of our client, a retail development firm based in Charlotte, NC, is seeking a Retail Tenant Representative. This new hire will develop and shepherd development relationships with national retail tenants on behalf of the firm. This is an incredible opportunity for a successful Tenant Rep to transition to the development side of the business AND receive ownership in their deals.
About the Role :
Cultivate and foster development relationships with operators of brick & mortar (preferably single tenant) retail concepts
Support the development of new locations on behalf of operator partnerships
Share insights and perspectives based on relevant experience and expertise

Qualifications :
5 years of experience in tenant representation or operator-led retail development
Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, with extremely strong phone & presentation skills
Compensation :
Base salary Commission Ownership in the properties procured
