Social Media Coordinator

*Job Overview*

Bullseye Bill is a new Firearms and outdoor supply company. We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Coordinator to join our dynamic Marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies that enhance our brand presence and engage our audience. You will work closely with various departments, to include our own e-commerce site and Youtube Channel, to create compelling content, manage platforms, and analyze performance metrics to drive engagement and growth.

*Duties*

- Develop, curate, and manage published content across various social media platforms including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn.

- Utilize tools such as Hootsuite for effective social media management and scheduling.

- Conduct social listening to monitor brand mentions and industry trends, ensuring timely responses to audience interactions.

- Create engaging multimedia content including graphics and videos; proficiency in video editing and Adobe Illustrator is preferred.

- Collaborate with marketing teams to align social media strategies with overall marketing goals and campaigns.

- Implement SEO best practices to optimize content for search engines and improve visibility.

- Build and maintain relationships with influencers and key stakeholders to enhance brand advocacy.

- Analyze performance metrics using web analytics tools to assess the effectiveness of social media campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.

*Experience*

- Proven experience in social media management or a related field is essential.

- Familiarity with social listening tools and techniques is a plus.

- Strong understanding of SEO principles as they relate to social media content.

- Excellent relationship management skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences.

- A creative mindset with the ability to produce visually appealing content that resonates with target demographics.

- Knowledge of current trends in social media platforms and digital marketing strategies is highly desirable.

- Experience in film, photography and editing systems is a must. (Minimum 2 years)

- Passion for marketing, film, entertainment, with the willingness to work with others and support a firearms industry company.

On sets, locations and ranges you will be provided with training and safety equipment to protect yourself to do the job. That said this job may require you to navigate austere environments like swamps, fields, forests, hills, water on boats, ATVs, overland vehicles, Helicopters and experience the sounds of machine guns, explosions and other pyro techniques on location or the set. Things can get loud!

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,997.00 - $43,399.00 per year
