What are the responsibilities and job description for the Server / Bartender position at Bullvinos Brazilian Steakhouse?
We at Bullvinos Brazilian Steakhouse are always keeping an eye out for our next Servers who will be responsible for taking orders from and serving food to customers.
As a Server , you willattend to diners in a restaurant during a meal, helping them place their order and making sure they get their food and beverages in a timely manner. You will greet diners and engage in friendly conversation with them to cultivate a hospitable, welcoming environment. Restaurant servers are knowledgeable about the food and beverages on the menu so they can explain dishes to guests and clarify any concerns about allergies or styles of food preparation.
To succeed in this role, you will need to have a positive attitude and the ability to work well under pressure with bussers, cooks, and other staff. Previous work experience involving customer service in a fast-paced environment is greatly desired.
Work Requirements :
- Have the ability to communicate effectively in English
- Be at least 16 years of age
- Be willing and able to work a flexible schedule
- Be willing to learn
- Have a valid driver's license and / or reliable transportation
- Facemask, properly worn, are required
- Prior work experience is preferred, but not necessary.
Note : Applicants will also be expected to be able to work on their feet for several hours at a time and lift potentially heavy objects when necessary.
