We are seeking a detail-oriented and friendly Receptionist/Assistant to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service and administrative support in a professional office setting.
**Responsibilities:**
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department
- Answer and manage incoming calls
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
- Perform data entry tasks with high accuracy
- Assist with event planning and coordination
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Support office staff with clerical tasks as needed
**Experience:**
- Proven experience as a receptionist, assistant, or in a similar role
- Proficiency in computerized systems for scheduling, data entry, and communication
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle inquiries in a professional manner
- Familiarity with Google Suite for email, calendar management, and document creation
- Ability to operate phone systems effectively
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail for managing office tasks efficiently
