Requirements:

Responsibilities:
- Greeting and welcoming visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Answering and directing phone calls using proper phone etiquette.
- Managing incoming and outgoing mail.
- Assisting with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, proofreading, and document preparation.
- Maintaining office calendars and scheduling appointments.
- Providing exceptional customer service to clients and visitors.
- Maintaining a clean and organized front office and reception area.
- Utilizing computer skills for email correspondence and other tasks.
- Performing other related office duties as assigned.
