- Maintain and manage a repository of Bumble love stories, ensuring an organized and comprehensive collection of authentic narratives
- Liaise with Bumble couples to celebrate their stories in meaningful ways, fostering a community of brand advocates
- Partner with regional marketing teams to develop unique surprise-and-delight initiatives. Ideate and pitch disruptive go-to-market opportunities and culturally relevant initiatives that showcase the power of Bumble connections
- Manage and oversee moderators responsible for collecting love stories and delivering curated brand responses for the brand. Collaborate with internal teams to integrate collected stories into marketing campaigns and brand storytelling initiatives
- Lead the development and execution of campaigns and go-to-market strategies focused on love stories
- Lead the development of merchandise, gifting, and creative assets related to the love stories platform
- Build scalable marketing processes, toolkits, and best practices to roll out love stories work globally
- Manage marketing budgets to ensure projects are executed on time and within scope
- Collaborate with regional marketing leads to execute and monitor love stories strategies throughout the year
- Act as the internal advocate for Bumble couples, ensuring their experiences are reflected in all brand initiatives
- Manage collaborations, influencer seeding, gifting, and content partnerships to enhance brand presence and drive organic word-of-mouth engagement
- Prepare compelling presentations and communicate insights effectively to management, broader teams, and leadership
- Deep understanding of both traditional and non-traditional brand marketing strategies and their intersections with culture
- Proven experience in leading and managing online communities with a passion for engagement
- Strong background in community-building, relationship management, and storytelling
- Proven experience in working with (or in) social teams to conceptualize and deliver highly engaging, viral content
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to foster trust and rapport with diverse groups
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms, forums, and digital tools for community engagement
- Strong budget and project management skills, with high attention to detail
- Proven ability to partner cross-functionally, influencing teams and leaders at all levels

For base compensation, we set standard ranges for all roles based on function, level, and geographic location. This position is also typically eligible to participate in our short- and long-term incentive programs. Benefits include Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k) match, Unlimited Paid Time Off Policy.
Salary : $107,000 - $130,000
