Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary liaison for clients, nurturing long-lasting partnerships founded on trust and exemplary service.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities for account growth while proactively ensuring client success.
  • Manage communications with clients, adeptly addressing any issues and ensuring that deliverables are met.
  • Lead internal teams to effectively implement client strategies, ensuring high-quality execution of projects.
  • Collaborate with project teams to maintain timelines and anticipate challenges, contributing to seamless project delivery.
  • Participate in new business initiatives through proposals and marketing campaigns.
  • Represent the company at industry conferences and networking events, enhancing our presence within the market.

Required Skills

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in account management or sales, with a successful track record of managing multiple client accounts.
  • Outstanding communication abilities, with a talent for engaging and influencing stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong project management expertise, including budgeting and planning across diverse accounts.
  • Proficiency in various digital marketing channels such as SEO, content marketing, paid media, CRO, and social media.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools, including HubSpot or Salesforce, and project management platforms.
  • Advanced skills in Excel/Google Sheets (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP).
  • Willingness to travel to client locations as needed.
  • A commitment to delivering exceptional results and exceeding client expectations.

Qualifications

  • A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience in account management or sales, demonstrating success in managing multiple accounts effectively.
