Role Overview

We are in search of a Principal Product Marketing Manager to be our foundational marketing hire and play an integral role in our go-to-market initiatives. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will take charge of product messaging, influence product development, and lead successful product launches. If you possess a customer-centric mindset, thrive in dynamic settings, and are enthusiastic about making a substantial impact, this is the ideal position for you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Formulate and implement go-to-market strategies that include product positioning, messaging, and distribution.
  • Serve as the voice of the customer by performing market research and collecting insights to guide the product roadmap.
  • Collaborate with the CEO to conceptualize, develop, and execute innovative marketing campaigns.
  • Oversee SEO, content strategy, digital advertising, social media, and other growth initiatives.
  • Cultivate and manage robust relationships with external partners, ensuring their contributions are effective.
  • Define key performance indicators (KPIs) for marketing success and drive continuous improvement efforts.
  • As the organization scales, build and lead a high-performing product marketing team.

Required Skills

  • 8 years of marketing experience, with a significant focus on product marketing.
  • Demonstrated success in crafting go-to-market strategies for B2B SaaS products.
  • Proven experience in designing, executing, and scaling cross-functional marketing programs.
  • Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
  • An entrepreneurial mindset—capable of thinking creatively and proposing innovative solutions.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work autonomously in a remote environment.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with a proven ability to collaborate closely with leadership and across teams.
  • Bonus: Formal training in Product Marketing (e.g., Pragmatic Institute certification) or experience in growth hacking.
